need, we do support the community agencies who provide these
services with ongoing contributions and hands-on service.

Mission Statement of Harvard Avenue Christian Church
The mission of Harvard Avenue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is to honor
and glorify God and strive to create a loving and growing community which
proclaims Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, challenges people to live in commitment
to Him, nurtures them in Christian faith and actively reaches out to those in need.

Interdenominational Christian ministry providing, food, shelter, clothing and

Neighbor for Neighbor
Serving the poor by providing needed services, education of the community,
and justice for the marginalized
Partners in Education -- Grimes Elementary School
Linking Tulsa Public School students and teachers with community resources
Resonance Center for Women
Provides intervention, prevention and support services for woman and families
who want to be come self sufficient
Stand in the Gap
SITG trains churches to reach out, forming "families" to take a God-dependent,
long term, relationship-based approach with their "neighbors" in serious need.
