Although we are not able to give help on an individual basis to those in need, we do support the community agencies who provide these services with ongoing contributions and hands-on service.

The mission of Harvard Avenue Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is to honor and glorify God and strive to create a loving and growing community which proclaims Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, challenges people to live in commitment to Him, nurtures them in Christian faith and actively reaches out to those in need.

Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma . . .
A private, non-profit which distributes donated food and other grocery items to partner programs in 24 counties to help alleviate hunger

Provides shelter, meals and needed services for Tulsa's homeless

For infants and children under 5 years of age in the Tulsa area whose families are in crisis or emergency situations

In partnership with low-income people, building houses to eliminate sub-standard housing conditions

Interdenominational Christian ministry providing, food, shelter, clothing and restorative programs

Neighbor for Neighbor
Serving the poor by providing needed services, education of the community, and justice for the marginalized

OASIS (Older Adult Services & Interfaith Sharing
Community based program that provides daytime care for functionality or physically impaired adults

Oklahoma Blood Institute / Blood Drives
Provides transfusion blood products and clinical services

Partners in Education -- Grimes Elementary School
Linking Tulsa Public School students and teachers with community resources

Resonance Center for Women
Provides intervention, prevention and support services for woman and families who want to be come self sufficient

Southside Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa
Provides nutritious home-delivered meals and caring contact from volunteer drivers

Stand in the Gap
SITG trains churches to reach out, forming "families" to take a God-dependent, long term, relationship-based approach with their "neighbors" in serious need.
